I get these spammers who “comment” on my blog items. But comments are the gambling, phamaceutical spam. I get a notice when there is a comment and I get the opportunity to allow the comment or delete it. I of course delete it. Do the spammers actually believe someone will use their product when it’s spammed out like that? I can’t believe someone would go to one of these sites and actually purchase the stuff. If I want ambien, I’m not going to get it from some bogus site!!
I wish they would leave me alone!!

Annoying postings
Saturday, April 29th, 2006Web launch
Tuesday, April 18th, 2006I’m in the process of launching a new website for Creme Fraiche Catering.
It’s a lovely site, simple in it’s message since it is an online advertisement. The images are rich and scrumptious. I enjoyed working with yummy colors and clean lines.
Bon appetit!
Another stock photo site
Wednesday, April 5th, 2006Another stock photo site I found last week is bigstockphoto.com/. Again, not very expensive, but I’m not sure about the quality and functionality yet. They have a free image to download but I don’t know yet when they post a new one.
Projects off my plate
Sunday, April 2nd, 2006I am happy to have wrapped up a few projects. Allergan completed its purchase of Inamed. I worked on re-branding the Inamed site to the reflect the Allergan-Inamed branding. The website was rather extensive – with several sites in foreign languages (I’d never done German or Italian navigation buttons before!) It was a good challenge, an exercise in detail.
The women’s conference is over too. That used my full range of capabilities from web to email blast to print ads to desktop computer printing. The consistent branding effort was appreciated.
And now some projects which have been on the back burner have had their fire turned up. All is good.
